"Worked fine for my XF, honestly"
I used the vehicle lookup for my XF and, it got the right parts almost every time. One filter seemed a little off, but it still saved me from guessing and digging around forever. People can nitpick if they want, but for me it did what I needed it to do. Decent overall.

The checkout kept freezing right when I was trying to pay, so I had to enter my details twice, which was annoying. To its credit, the order did eventually go through, so at least it managed the bare minimum.

I ordered a sensor that said it was in stock, half expecting the usual backorder nonsense or some delayed shipping update. But it actually shipped without any weird issues, which was a nice surprise. I’ve had enough bad experiences with inventory not being accurate that I was kind of waiting for something to go wrong

I was a little worried they wouldn’t fit, since that’s happened to me before with other cars, but everything matched up perfectly. The fitment info on jaguarparts.com was spot on and definitely saved me a headache. Bolted right on with no messing about. I’d use them again...

I ordered a replacement part for my Jaguar i wasn’t too impressed when it showed up. It looked cheaper than I expected, and the fit was a little off, so I had to mess around with it way more than I should have. It’s working for now, but I’m not exactly confident it’s going to hold up long term. What annoyed me even more was getting one of those canned apology responses when I asked about it, like they just copy and pasted the usual “sorry for the inconvenience” line without actually addressing anything.

I ordered a few parts from jaguarparts.com and had a good experience with the shipping cost.

Some websites hit you with ridiculous delivery fees right at checkout, but this one stayed reasonable and didn’t throw in any weird surprise charges.
The parts showed up in good shape too, so I’d definitely order from them again. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Support could’ve been a lot better"
I ordered from jaguarparts.com and had a couple questions about whether the parts would actually fit my car. Tech support did get back to me, but it felt kind of rushed and not very helpful. They didn’t explain much, so I ended up having to double-check everything on my own before placing the order. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for car parts, I think good support matters, and this just didn’t feel worth the extra hassle. Took longer than it really needed to...

The weird part is, the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no real idea where the package was. It ended up arriving late too, which made the tracking feel useless

So, the order showed up on time, which was good, but the packaging was just kind of okay. The box was a little crushed on one corner, there wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily the part was fine and nothing was damaged, but yeah, for car parts I guess I expected it to be packed a bit more securely. Not a huge deal, just something that could definitely be improved

The part showed up damaged, which wasn’t ideal, though I’m not totally sure if it happened before shipping or on the way. I messaged them and they got back to me quickly, then sent out another one. It did add a few extra days, but it all worked out in the end...

I ordered a few parts from jaguarparts.com the payment process felt normal... in a good way. The card checks looked familiar, nothing sketchy popped up, and I got my confirmation quickly after paying.
I’d give it 4 stars because everything went through fine, but I do like when sites show a little more detail about payment protection before you hit checkout. No problems on my end though!
